Effective Date: 22nd April, 2026.
1. No Return Policy (Default Strong Protection)
All sales are final. We do not accept returns unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
2. Replacement Eligibility
Replacements are only applicable if:
- The product is damaged during transit
- The wrong item was delivered
- The product has a manufacturing defect
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (images/videos).
3. Non-Eligible Cases
We do NOT accept returns/replacements for:
- Size issues
- Change of mind
- Minor color or design variations
- Improper handling by the customer
4. Refunds
- Refunds are only processed if replacement is not possible.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
- In exceptional cases, cancellation may be allowed at our discretion.
6. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
